geez, mines an 88 with 83k miles on it. i ot it for 3200
 . umm problems with it r headgaskets obv. and in some common cases power steering racks.

Is that what would make the steering pop when making a U turn?

1985 celica supra upgrading to street/drag well mainly drag. Have complete HKS T4 turbo kit, electronics and all, Getting head port and polish with HKS 264 cams, and port and polished intake with 6 extra injector bungs. Eagle or crower rods? I just bought a 1990 MA70 n/a  .

Thats most likely a bushing or ball joint.
