Hook the vacuum hose direct and see if heat improves.

180* thermo seems to be ideal.

did it last year, works like a champ, i get hot air even at idle.

do you do it like this? What about the extar hose that i have circled? take it off?

i just dont wanna screw anything up...

excuse my messy engine bay its in the works...

Take it off. I removed the VSV too.

i never removed my whole vsv, but have it just like yours. no problems yet

Ok i did that today
took it around for a spin.
let it warm up
came back and let it idle for about 5min
and got hot air continuously
