Just finished doing this myself, took about 55hrs to complete by myself.
Takes a while but if you have a donor car and not just parts it's pretty easy, only thing i would say is replace the clutch pre with an uprated one. The extra hp it can handle but the extra torque kill it if it's already pretty worn.
The guide posted above is spot on with the bits you'll need so apart from that you just need a fairly well equiped garage with a good hoist (the engine ain't light )
