Need help with 1jzgte

i want to replace the hose that connects from the manifold to the intercooler, does anyone know where i can buy a kit? im guessing im goign to have to make this by hand........which mighyt be difficult seeing as how im not very car savvy.

There's a kit on Ebay that looks interesting, but I don't know if it's any good or not
