Default junkyard swap

hello all, i have a few questions about a swap that im trying to do in a junkyard (lots of fun) , i have 3 supras to work with , 1.. 7-mgte,manual, yellow plugs (totaled in front) 2.. 7-mgte,auto, grey plugs.. and 3, 7-mge,manual, yellow plugs. ok my problem is the motor i have to use is the one with the grey plugs, but i have an auto ecu. im trying to see if i can swap out just the plugs themselves or is it possible to use the yellow harness on the other motor? the reason why this is important is b/c i have an hks f-con and fuel cut defender but it is all for the yellow plugs.. PLEASE help!!, i really want to use that f-con and fuel cut all help is greatly appreciated

yes i am using a manual, but its a newer 7-mgte with the grey plugs. the f-con and fuel cut are from a older one, i want to be able to use the f-con and fuel cut defender so is it possible to cut the ecu plugs and swap them out so i can use the yellow ones?

anyone know if the wiring is the same in the grey plugs and yellow plugs? i would much rather cut the plugs than re-wire the whole motor
