The eibach pro kit lowering springs are like an industry standard, Ive never heard anything bad about them. The supra ones anyways. And for good shocks id say either bilstein or tokico. Ive had good experience with them in the past. Dont get monroes. ever. Its just a sheetmetal tube that holds your spring in place. But yes you will def be able to trust the eibach+bilstein/tokico. And btw, The mk3 has NO STRUTS so dont let places rip you off trying to say it has struts and charge you more. This has happaned to me. They guy wanted to charge me 80$ more for instalation (free instalation huh) because the fronts were struts. And i said that they definatley are not. And i had to make him take me to the car and i pointed it out to him, at which point i said, so get going with my free instalation.

i love it when customers know what theyre talking about. i had my brakes inspected last week and the guy said i needed new rotors and pads all around. then he said itd be about 700 bucks to get it done. an hour and 188 dollars later i had my new rotors and pads to install myself. and if you read my thread about my brakes, youll see i had a problem, but its all fixed now.
