$100 for the arp bolts

$2-300 for the cylinder head rebuild and milled
$75-120 for the gasket set

so roughly $500. Good time to replace the spark plugs, timing belt and the cooling system including the heater hoses in the rear of the engine bay.
Labor is about 6-12 hours depending on skill level.
Just make sure you clean everything up real well, keep track of all the nuts, bolts and connectors and take your time. You will learn a lot from this job.
