Default Turbo to N/A

Hey guys

I have a 89 turbo, the body is not so great, so I planning on picking up a 1990 N/A. My plan is to take out the 90 engine (which is not running), and put the 89 turbo in. Are there any problems in doing this, if so how serious? Any advice is appreciated.

Thnx…………..

Also , keep in mind, i do already have an 89 complete car, so as far as parts go i have all that’s needed, just want to know if it will be a nice put in to the 90 n/a.

not sure because 1989 is the transtional year but engines are the same but you might have to change a few parts. if they are both manual i would put the 89 manual in the 90 because the turbo trans can handle a lot more hp if thats what you want. but if you want auto then turbo and non turbo's auto transmissions are the same.
