ok you got a good jump with the hg and arp bolts and air freshener. ct26 is effient up to about 12-13psi then it just creates too much friction/heat. i dont think it really matters which mod you do first, but id recommend replacing the stock turbo elbo and dp first. difference between mech and electric gauges (correct if wrong) are mech have moving parts as to where the electric has wires and sensors. id prefer the electric becuase they dont have moving parts, hence less chance of jamming, breaking, etc. and yes ppl have replaced their stock boost gauge with a little modification http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8690
