well when you turn the coolant moves off the sensor, thats why it turns on when you turn. just fill the bucket up to the max line. if you still lose coolant, check your radiator hoses. i just had to do that and it only took like an hour and cost about 30 bucks. but cross that bridge if you get to it. for now just add coolant.
