Default Idle going up and down

My idle has been acting up for the last month and Ive isolated it to a warped face at the intake manifold ISC valve on the manifold side. I found that when I was putting another ISC valve on. RTV worked for a week but now its running up and down again. I had a machine shop check my spare manifold and they said its good, no warpage.
While I have everything off I figure Now would be a good time to re-torque the head bolts so I went out and got a Torque wrench at the one and only Sears here in Kuwait. I opened up the valve cover and lo and behold the head bolts are allen bolts. Can someone tell me what size the bolt is so I can get the right allen key? Im at a halt till tomorrow till I get the tool to do this. Sears isn't open at 11PM LOL.

You'll need a 3/8" drive 10 mm allen socket. At least 4-6" long, to fit down beside the cams.

Be sure to torque down to 72 ft lbs.

Yeah I'm going to use an extention if they don't have one long enough. Ill torque in 5 pound increments to 70 then a last of 72 so it should be 3 passes.
might as well also check the valve clearences too. I bought the special tools about 4 years ago and only used them once.
After my last little incident with the plug that came off the back of the block
I better do this as a precaution till I bring back a metal gasket from vacation.
