cooleeze was ok, i think a little more thought into it and it would have been a great add on.

the silicone coulings they give are to short and where they connect to the stock innercooler they were to big around. i think they used 2 1/2 inch piping and couplings and the innercooler was 2 inch so it kind of bunched up. the clamps are crappy. the piping barely fit, i really had to work it to make it fit.

they welded all the turns instead of using mandrel bends.

there were to many parts to the kit which would lead to many weak points under high boost. the lower piping was 2 parts and it could have been a one piece pipe if they took a little more care in the development of it.

the upper piping was really nice with the heat treatment. this part of the piping actually fit very well but again the silicone couplings were a little on the short side.

the suction pipe they have doesn't fit very well either and it is also welded to heck and back. they also send 3 little extra rubber hoses to extend the length for the pcv hose and stock bypass valve. it is a very cheap fix and doesn't work very well at all.

i didn't use the 3 extra hose pieces, i actually bought longer hose that would flex and i went with the hks blow off valve so i didn't use the stock bypass valve.

all in all for the money i would go with someone else but if you get it real cheap then it's ok.

Damn, im kindof dissapointed to hear that about the cooleeze pipes. I was actually planning on purchasing them in the future since I have heard nothing but good things about cooleeze, but this makes me want to change my mind on the intercooler pipes.

Why no upgraded downpipe? Isn't that supposed to give you one of the biggest horsepower gains? Again im thinking about purchasing cooleeze's 3" downpipe..

i agree that is a bummer but thanks for the info. Ill look around a bit more. good luck on finding or buying another supra. damn thieves

i had the entire exhaust from them also, i will say that the exhaust was perfect. it fit better than factory and all you have to do is get a muffler for it. the down pipe is extremely easy to install and is actually easier to fit rather than the stock one.

so if you are looking for a great performing exhaust then go with them.

i am trying not to knock their innercooler kit, i am just giving my opinion from a professional point of view. for a step up from stock, it is a good kit. for anyone wanting to make serious power, stay away from it.

the cops found my car. poor thing has no wheels.

i will be picking it up from the tow yard on monday so i hope the buttheads that stole it didn't destroy the engine. i bet they took the innercooler piping since it was chrome to.

it is proven that all monkey's like shiney objects. just because the rims were chrome, they had to steal the whole car, why couldn't they just do it where the car was.

oh well, at least i will be getting the car back. all the cops told me was that the wheels were gone so i have no idea if the car even runs or not.

i will post more when i get the car back on monday.

Glad they gound it. Good luck!

You say Cooleeze didn't use mendrel bends on their IC pipes.. Their website says specifically that they do in fact use mednrel bends. What's with the false advertisement??? It really dissapoints me, as I had high hopes with Cooleeze.

when i get the car back and if the innercooler piping is still there, i will take close pics of the welds and piping. they use mandrel bends but it is the way they constructed the piping and where they have you put the silicone couplings.
