Question mk3 turbo parts suppliers

hi, just about to replace my exhaust manifold gasket could any one tell me the correct torqe setting for the bolts Im hoping I wont need new bolts but just in case anyone know where I can purchase them from struggling to find any parts suppliers in the uk . just been getting used to my shimmed waste gate 3 washers cant believe the difference in midrange punch is it safe to go 4 or 5 until I can afford a proper setup (exhaust ,pipes ,controller etc) does anyone know where I can buy longer bolts for shimming as I bought some the other day but they didnt quite fit s,so dont know where else to look as the bolts were from my local parts dealers, anyone have any power figures from shimmed cars ? also Im in need for a tbs sensor if anyone can supply me with part supplier numbers Id be very greatfull thanks guys...
