How to take old springs out of the spring system and slot in new springs!???

well.....to tell you up in here is too much....to do....so go to the page that supra girl gave it to you....pretty much thats how u do it....cant tell you up in here word by word....it takes days n night.....to write...hehehe... peace out :P
