Default knocking block, want to build solid bottom, what should i use

yeah my supras engine is knocking, 87 7mgte, i have to rebuild but i would like to build something that is going to be able to handle high horse power, what should i do, where can i get my parts?

Start reading everything 7m related you can find... Here is a good site about how to build our motors

and www.horsepowerfreaks.com has a ton of parts for our cars and is a very easy to use website (car specific).
