Try this out for the manual:
http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM/index.html As for the A/C problem, I think there is another thread in the forums that have addressed it... trying searching. If not, I'll bet someone out there knows about that one, as I can't remember the problem / fix associated with it.
