I'm not quite sure about the Supra clutch as I have an auto, but my RX-7's clutch was light when it had air in the lines. Check the fluid on it? When's the last time you bled it? Leaks in the lines?
In regards to the bulb replacement, you'll have to take apart the gauge cluster. There are numerous screws that holds it into place. Some people will tell you that you have to take the steering wheel off to get it out; it makes it easier, but I've gotten the instrument panel out without taking the wheel out. Bulb should be a simple fix once you get the gauge cluster removed.
