you should take the harness out with the engine and undo the clips once its out. i learned this the hard way. i undid all the clips, push the harness to the side, began pulling the motor w/ the tranny, then suddenly one of the hooks bent, fell back in the engine bay and scraped all up against the harness.
taking the harness out isnt that hard, but then agian my engine was already out...
