I cannot concur 1st hand, but from what I've gathered the turbo elbow is the most effective single exhaust modification without resorting to changing the stock manifold. You'd be hard pressed to find one under $100, even on eBay, but that's where I got mine for $80 something (including shipping).

I know you've probably seen your stock elbow already, but I haven't seen any real good side by side comparisons posted on the net, so here's mine. I haven't installed it yet because I'm having this piece ceramic coated. That's why I can't tell you how it feels.







I wonder why this fat kink was cast into the factory piece? There is nothing around that area that would indicate any type of clearance issue.
