Thanks man...
Well I want my car too stay quiet but I want to get rid of the cats. Whats the cheapest and easiest way to get rid of them? My cousin had his hondas cat sleeved for $40. but i want to completely remove the first cat and maybe sleeve the second and maybe get a better turbo elbow.

get a BIC Downpipe and test pipe. It should bolt up to your stock exhaust. You'll love the quick spool and it shouldn't effect your noise level. It'll cost $375 or so, but it is well worth it imo. You don't need your cat for inspection do you?

What inspections? lol...Not in okiehoma
$300+ bucks! If i had that id feel rich! I was looking and saw a Stainless DP on ebay for about $50+$35 s&h. Looked like a good pipe too... I might just pull mine off and have my bro weld up a new pipe in for the first cat.

thats fine, but you'll notice the biggest difference when you swap out the turbo elbow. It is insanely restrictive.

Where can I get a cheap better turbo elbow or how hard would it be to mod the stock one?

I cannot concur 1st hand, but from what I've gathered the turbo elbow is the most effective single exhaust modification without resorting to changing the stock manifold. You'd be hard pressed to find one under $100, even on eBay, but that's where I got mine for $80 something (including shipping).
I know you've probably seen your stock elbow already, but I haven't seen any real good side by side comparisons posted on the net, so here's mine. I haven't installed it yet because I'm having this piece ceramic coated. That's why I can't tell you how it feels. ![]() ![]() I wonder why this fat kink was cast into the factory piece? There is nothing around that area that would indicate any type of clearance issue. ![]() ![]() If you're looking for an elbow, I believe Suprra_Girl has them available. I'd shoot a PM to her.
