well i think the to4b is designated the to4b because of the size of the compressor wheel (could be wrong), because an upgraded ct26 to a 50 trim is often called a to4e im pretty shure a to4b is an even larger comressor wheel than the E, and a t61 is made by people like garret, im not shure what the boost is like but they seem to be cheep...soo I personaly would go with the to4b
