The car came with the factory setup, one fan w/clutch on water pump, and 2 little 6" electric one that come on with the a/c.

I removed the fan & clutch from water pump. I cut the fan shroud that was for that fan, leaving the portion for the little fans.

I mounted a Hayden 14" electric and used their temp sensor kit w/relay. I followed their directions for mount and hookup.

I spliced into the 2 relays for the little fans, and ran a 'rocker' switch to operate them manually when I want (like around town in hot summer with a/c on all the time). I put the switch in place of one of the coin holders on the left side of dash.

If you don't have those little fans, then you should get one of those 2 fan setups. Check SummitRacing or JEGS.

I never run hot, and I live in the Mojave Desert, Ca. 110* summertime.

Get a 2 core aluminum radiator from summit or jegs, put a 16 inch fan on it and never worry again about overheating. I did and that is how mine ran in north louisiana, not hot!

I'm not worried about heat Russ, heheh I want the horsies! =b Thanks Mr Nickleye, They even make it with the Blue shroud to match my engine compartment theme, hehe. Oh hey, off the top of your head do you know what the Supra engines like to operate at so i can set the thermostat when i get it? Thanks again!

Edit: I do have the little fans, but i think i'll replace those anyways since the Supra kit they sell drops in two big 12"s. Should be pretty hip.

I run a 180* stat in the summer (6mo), and 195* for winter (better heater operation. My fans are set to come on at 190*, and off at 180*. My car always runs cool.
