You only need to worry about cracking drilled rotors if you road race your car. In drag racing you stop once. Its the build up of extreme heat and cooling that'll crack em. I orderd 13" Baers for my chevelle crossdrilled(looks) and slotted, they look amazing! A road racer in my area says drilled are fine for street use and autocross. I'm not saying you wont or cant crack em on the street, but to do this I think you'll have to drive very poorly or buy very cheap rotors.
