You need to be more descriptive of the problem. Do you mean the anti theft alarm is malfunctioning? What are the symptoms?

There a posted FAQ on this site about how to disable it. Mine suddenly had a mind of it's own so I removed it.

What I can say for my own experience is that when I first purchased my car the alarm would activate regularly when I turned the key to open the drivers side door. It didn't happen with the passenger side or the trunk. I traced the problem down to the electrical contacts that ride on the end of the door lock mechanism on the drivers side. Inside that plastic cap is a crescent shaped copper contact that rotates with the key. It had become detached from the plastic weld in the middle of it. I reattached it and carefully rewelded the plastic knob that sticks out to form a mushroom shape to hold it in place as it had been before. I think I used the end of a flat blade that was slightly heated but not too hot because you can ruin it by over melting the plastic. There's not much to work with.

Getting the door card off itself can be a chore if you've never done before. There are 2 Phillips screws hiding under the door handle plugs and 2 more once you pry off speaker cover. Make sure the window is down and unplug the door handle. There's a Phillips screw in the bottom of door lock handle release well. Now here's the trick, to get that piece of trim out of there you have to fold back towards you a plastic flap that allows you to remove it. On the door card there are 2 small Philips screws hiding under trim caps near the air vent passage that goes through the door by the jam. Lastly, there's a row of screws at the bottom of the door card. Having the window down makes it easier to lift off the door card and when reinstalling it. Before lifting the door card off, unplug the courtesy red light near the bottom rear. Remove the door card by lifting up and out. Temporarily plug in the door handle electrical connection to raise the window. Carefully peel back the plastic Weather cover in the top left corner to get access to the door lock mechanism. There are 3 things you need to disconnect to get the door lock mechanism out. There's an electrical plug for the light ring, a flip clip that holds the actuator arm, and a 10 mm bolt that holds the door lock in place. Flip the flip clip up and slide out the door actuator rod. The other two or self explanatory. The door lock mechanism should be removable now. Having done this so long ago I can't quire remember whether there was a screw that held the electrical connector cap on whether it just snapped on/off. I think it pries off but go slowly. Once you get it open see whether that crescent shaped copper contact has come loose or not. After you get the door lock mechanism reinstalled, test it for functionality. Remember to lower the window when reinstalling the door card.
