Default Clutch master cylinder leaking after 8 months?

Ok so like the title says my clutch master cylinder is leaking...I replaced the factory one on my 1990 supra turbo maybe like 8-9 months ago. Its where the cylinder goes out from the the engine bay through the firewall to the actual clutch itself. The weird thing is tho that their is ALOT of fluid in the reservoir.. And i haven't filled it recently except for when i reinstalled the bad one 8-9 months ago (also i did look and check the fluids regularly) which i dont get because somehow more fluid got added...? so im kinda confused........could it be only leaking because there is too much fluid?

I might be able to help since i replaced mine a year ago and i havent leaked since. is it leaking into the interior and carpet or out into the firewall, and also did you properly adjust the pedal play. if your saying its leaking and you havent filled it up any more, it could be a few things but i kinda need to know its it leaking into the the interior or out into the fire wall

its leaking onto the carpet and yes i adjusted the pedal play and everything. it was working perfectly and then it started to feel "spongy" and then i looked at it in my engine bay and it was like overflowing out of that but only a little and then leaking a bit onto the carpet. But this morning when i drove it felt fine..lol i had the whole rear end jacked up so idk if it could of maybe flowed forward and overflowed and caused the seal to not hold since there was all the pressure of the fluid?

ok. when you installed the new cylinder did you bench bleed it, and after adjusting the pedal have some one pump the clutch and you bleed the clutch from the slave. if not maby over time the little air that was trapped plus more air getting into the lines made it over flow( or could be a cloged line) the only reson i could see it leaking into the carpet again is maby you damadged the cylinder durring install, or the pedal wasent 100% dead on and maby you wore out the seals prematurley
