Default Found a good R-154 clutch hub assembly guide (washer order)

I found a good R-154 clutch hub assembly guide (washer order) on the mkiiisupra.net web site. You'll have to open 2 Windows to copy and paste the links to see the photos. One thing I believe they have wrong is that the cone washer goes on first and faces the flat washer touching it with the outer diameter of the V shape. Great photos. I got interested in this because I ordered a part from Toyota and it was not as I had expected. 90201-71001 Washer, plate. I thought that the wave washer sat in some flat metal plate with an outer edge that was raised. what I got from Toyota was a hard plastic fiber washer. I did some investigating and came up with this tutoral so I guess its the correct part.

If you click on the link at the top of that page it will redirect you to a page where you just have to agree to their site's terms and rules and then it will show you everything without the hassle of cutting and pasting every link.
