Fuel pump circuit is easy to test, and there are 3 major components in that circuit that can stop fuel from entering the combustiin chamber: fuel pump, fuel pump relay, and fuel injector resistor pack. To test if fuel is reaching the fuel rail, grab a paper clip and pop the hood. Right behind the battery next to the fuse block is a little rectangle box that says "Diagnostics" on the lid. Go ahead and take the lid off and look at the underside, there should be a little label that tells you the name of each of the 15 pins in tbat box. Locate the 2 pins labeled B+ (for battery positive) and FP (for fuel pump) and place your paperclip in both of them, so that it functions as a jumper wire. Now, when you hop in the car and turn the key to on, you should hear fuel rushing through the fuel rail on the engine. If you do, the fuel pump and relay are good. If you do not hear anything, grab a multimeter and the online wiring diagram and start by testing the fuel pump relay and fuel pump.
Also, check for engine diagnostic codes. You can take that same paperclip and place it between pins TE1 and E1 in the diagnostics box. When you turn the key on, the CEL (chdck engine light) will flash a number of times to indicate a stored trouble code. There is a thread in the MKIII Supra FAQ forum that explains how to check codes further.
