103k is pretty low! But still, the engine could be in any condition. The leaks on the floor could be of oil or coolant, you should definitely check that out. And try and clean out the engine/engine bay and run the engine to check for leaks. While your at it check your oil and coolant levels too

hey i have another Q, you know those windshield wiper holders? apparently its true i asked around, they are sadly discontinued.... and the guy from toyota told me to paint it. Do you know where i can get em still or did u repaint urs as well?

I see no reason to replace them unless they've been reduced to rusty stumps. Sand them, primer them, paint them... thin coats so you don't clog the hinges.

Yeah, agree with Cre. You could just restore them quite easily, but if you really want to get some then i think your best luck would be to find someone parting their supra out on CraigsList or go to a junkyard.
