Question Coilovers

Just thought I'd start off by saying I did try the search function and didn't get any consistent results for my question, which is this:

Do MK4 coilovers fit MK3 at all? I've got a 1G Z20 Soarer (Kind of the JDM Lexus equivalent A70, which I'm sure you all know). What is involved in doing so? (mods/fab work is okay if possible)

PS Nengun has Blitz coils for MK4, Chaser, MR2, and Celica for 50% off, probably even worth it with shipping.

If not I guess I'll go for some new ones but I don't want base models like Tein SS...

None of the MKIV suspension components are compatible. I've heard that the front dampers will interchange physically but the rates are different. I don't think I've ever seen anyone who's claimed to have used them first hand though and I'm skeptical otherwise I'd expect that at least one manufacturer would have them on the compatibility list. Not an issue with coil-overs but the springs aren't interchangeable at all.

Wow I haven't been here for a while, but just an update, if anyone was curious, I went with KTS Betas. Bit rough for DD (on my settings) but I'm liking the ride. Had them on for a while.
