trdbrad123 - Thanks for your reply. Here is a parts listing that I received from Andrew at the Suprastore.com. Hopefully, it helps you in making your decesion as well.

Bellhousing
Flywheel
Engine brackets
Fuel pump

Oil pump
Intercooler kit
Wiring Harness (can modify the 7MGTE harness and make the OEM work or you can get a new one that will be much simpler)
Oil pan kit (need a rear sump setup, most used engines are front sump. You might get a rear sump engine and not need this).
Downpipe (this is extra based on if your exhaust is stock versus after-market)
