The pipe assembly circled in yellow is the PCV hardpipe. Replace it with the hardpipe from a GE and then run the single nipple to your catch can and then run that into a T pipe which has hoses running to the two ports that the current pipe runs to.... Or make your own however you like.
So in the end you have the nipple from each valve cover running to a T. The single outlet of the T runs into the catch can. The outlet of the catch can runs into a single port of another T pipe. Then one side of that T runs to the port on the throttle body and the other side runs to the pre-turbo port.
