Default squeezing the best out of factory brakes

As of now i have all rebuilt callpiers whith oe spec pads and for fluid im running ate race blue, the brake lines are still good, and factory brake booster.

i know to get the best out of the brakes i should get better pads and ss brake lines but does any one know how to get a little better performance from the factory breaks? at auto x i have to hit the breaks like im tryen to break the peddal, while my buddys lexus is350f a small tap and you get full pressure( i know the teck and desighn are decades better) any little tips to optimize factory brakes

maby a new booster from one of the toyota pick ups might help?

share the little tips you have learned over the years
