Well, there's the dual pot front caliper swap from the Toyota Previa minivan.... but there was never any solid info showing that they worked any better. The contact area really any different as the two pistons were each much smaller than the Supra's one. It is a straight bolt on affair though from what I recall. I'll bet you there's a reason you probably haven't heard much (if anything) about it.
