Those hose lines are not for the oil cooler... they are for the power steering. If you follow where the metal pipe lines go to they should be bolted to the rack and pinion if im not mistaken.

ahh shoot! thought it was since I saw the tabs for the bolt, didnt thinks to realized that those arent clothed lines and ps doesnt have them.
