Default RPM help

Hello there, I have a 88 supra turbo(stock) and it seems to be idling very low at like 6-700. I don't know why its doing this. Any help would be appreciated.

Warm idle speed for the 7M-GTE is supposed to be 650 RPM. 7M-GE is supposed to be 700 RPM.

Is there more to this which makes you believe something is wrong? Is it idling at <700 when it's not yet warmed up? Have you checked for diagnostic codes (see the FAQ section for a thread on how to do it)?
