I also don't know the size off hand, but you can call the Toyota dealership or your favorite auto parts store and they should be able to tell you the thread diameter and pitch. A search on Google would also likely yield the results you're looking for.

I think there are 2 different sizes used, UK are M12 x 1.25 not listed below but may help for future ref

Its a M18 x 1.50 I took it off, fucking annoying, previous owner didn't have a washer or anything on it. Smh.......
