Evaporative emissions controls include: Fuel cap, charcoal canister (and its plumbing), BVSV and PCV system.
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar....aspx?S=EC&P=1 EDIT: Focus on PCV and EVAP. Also, in CA you may get failed for EVAP for a BOV which isn't recirculated such as the stock setup.
