This is all too common on any toyota in Chicago. Those suspension bolts like to seize in the bushing and make life miserable. If you aren't familiar with using a torch, take it to a shop and let them deal with it, seized suspension bolts suck. I know one of the MK3 supra vendors carry the bolts, I think Drift Motion or SIP racing, maybe even Horsepowerfreaks.
