Need help with vacuum

That vacuum valve is on the power steering pump, not the reservoir.

The other is a metal bracket with the vacuum tube on it mounted near the front driver side of the engine. There's actually a lot of vacuum lines running around over there, so it can be missed if you aren't looking in exactly the right area.

I'll have to take a look at my bay to see where the charcoal lines run.
