They're grounds. The eyelet fits on a stud on the lower part of the intake manifold. White with black stripe is a standard ground. The brown line is the ECU's E1 ground.

so it dont matter where i bolt them on too as long as they have a good ground ? do they need to be together ? or separate

He is right, I looked at my car this morning, I have 2 white wires with black strips, and 2 brown wires right above the starter. all 4 wires are hooked into one ring whitch is grounded.
