Question lower control arm

hey guys so i was out the other day f'n around in an empty parking lot (wearing my seatbelt ofcourse) =P.. and i hit the curb pretty hard so now i have to replace the front driver side lower control arm for sure (its bent) and the spindle just for safe measures.. i was wondering if anybody had a diagram for this operation and knows what tools im going to need.. its a fairly easy fix but just need a guide to look at.. much appreciated!! thanks!!

first off, fail, lol. second off, get urself a haynes manual, all described in detail in there, with pictures! ive got mine in front of me and its got a whole section on it.

the only special tools u should need are a dead blow hammer id think. ur standard wrenches, ratchets and sockets should be good. maybe a spring compressor set.

You are going to need an alignment as well. More likely than not there is more damage than just the control arm. Going "cheap" on this will cost you more than just the alignment costs.
Do try and be careful when "drifting", my friend totaled his firechicken doing this.
