Manuel is the guy in the Paint department of my Home Depot... he's got a small band, they're VERY good, I was rather surprised... you know, generally you hear "I play guitar for a small local band, you should stop by sometime" it's usually a complete horror... I was pleasantly surprised.
Anyway, you mean manual and it depends on how healthy everything else in is. Depending on the weather an otherwise stock 7M-GTE will hit fuel cut between 13 and 15psi. I wouldn't go past 10 or 11psi unless everything else has been tested and PROVEN sound.
