Its also an NA so the exhaust change dosnt really mean anything. as for a new tranny, clutch, alternator I guess thats a +. If you think you look good in it and it proves to be reliable then hell why not. Try to talk him down more tho =-) I personally wouldn't spend any money on a 7mge but I'm an elitist jerk. Altho If I did need a car asap and that was available I would pick it up with the hopes of dropping a 7mgte in it eventually.
