Code 22 41 and 51 replaced parts still has CEL

Is replacing the wiring an electrical nightmare, since I just changed the TPS? And would that be why I have a "bad" coolant temp sensor as well?

so the best way to do that is to unwrap it and start probing with a multi meter.
