Default air intake

i just bought a new intake for my supra. but im having trouble taking the stock box off. what are the procedures to doing this?

Cuss, throw tools, Bang a few knuckles, push then pull! It will come. Very tight though! I find it easiest to undo it at the accordian and pull the maf out then pull the remainder of the box out!

But careful bein if it still has stock box it prob has the original accordian pipe which gets very brittle after so many yrs! All that is if you have a turbo model. (Which you didn't specify) if so Id recommend replacing it!

sorry for not specifying the vehicle earlier. i just assumed that since i was in the mkiii section i did not have to sepcify

I knew what vehicle you had. But supras come turbo and na? And the intake systems from the 7mgte and 7mge are completely different!
