hey guys sorry i took so long to reply. It turned out just to be a blown heater hose, the waterfall was a one time thing because it was the coolant pouring out onto the floor of the garage. i replaced a clamp on the hose before this happened because it was slowly leaking and it turns out that witht the new clamp not leaking the pressure was to much for the old hose and it blew, pouring coolant everywhere!!

So...the water fall sound onto the floor was more like someone taking a leak ! (leak, water, get it)
