Default injectors aren't getting a pulse signal. why??

hey, i've finished hooking everything up after i dropped my newly rebuilt 7mgte back into my supra and i turned it over the other day, it fired, it started and it ran for about 5 seconds before dying. i tried starting it 4 more times with the identical results so i checked my injectors with a noid light (or however you spell that) and when i cranked it, the light didnt turn on so according to that, my injectors aren't getting a pulse signal. however fuel MUST be getting to the cylinders SOMEHOW since it starts and runs for right around 5 seconds and then dies. could the cold start injector supply enough fuel to support 5 seconds of run time? and any ideas as to why my injectors arent getting a pulse signal? thanks in advance!!! i'd love any help i can get!!

With the ignition switch on, check for voltage at the injectors. The injectors get a steady voltage, and pulse through the ground circuit at the ECM. If no voltage, check the 30A AM2 fuse under the hood. Then check the injector resistor.

Also, check the TSRM for EFI diagnostic procedures.
