The Blitz is a crap filter... I'd recommend either an Apex'i or AEM DryFlow (one of the best filters out there in both price and performance). As for what else you'll need there's a lot of over-building going on but that's generally something I'm in favor of, so I've nothing else to add. I will say that I'll take a rebuilt upgrade turbo over a cheap Chinese turbo any day.... you're not going to find a GOOD T4 for anywhere near the same price (not new anyway).
