Could be a powersteering hose, leaking seal in the rack, cracked reservoir... You can clean it all up, put some UV die in the system (the one that works with transmission fluid), and top it off with Dexron II ATF (or equivalent). Once you run it, throw on your UV glasses and check everywhere with the light. You should be able to find the trail from where it's leaking from
