Default Increase engine repsonse to MAX!!

I want to increase my 7MGTE engine response to the max.. My HP wishes are 350-400HP..

I'm sitting at 250HP right now..

I want to get my Supra to have SUPER FAST response!! I'm talking about throttle repsone.. I want to press on the gas and get the quickest response possible.. Without redoing my engine with better internals and such.. What can I do.. I have..

AEM intake
3'' cat back exsaust

I am thinking fly wheel and clutch.. I currently have a A/T but will be switching to M/T most likley be changing the transmission to M/T in a year or so.. Anyways, I most likley can only do the flywheel.. Maybe I should wait an do the M/T swap and to the fly wheel/clutch at the same time..

Let me know what to do for the HUGE increase to the throttle response!!
